Special order items: Returns of small quantities of special orders and custom items (made to order) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refund Policy (non-defective products): Refunds do not include original or return shipping costs. Of course, exchanges are free of charge.

Refund Policy (Manufacturer Defects): While many of our products include a limited manufacturer’s warranty, cuuuup will refund, repair, or replace, free of charge, any product or product part that proves defective under normal use and condition for a period of 30 days from receipt of the goods. If the manufacturer’s limited warranty is longer than 30 days and the warranty period exceeds 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. This policy applies only to manufacturer defects and does not apply to items damaged in shipping, which must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

Items Damaged in Shipping: We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported by email within 5 business days of receipt. (For gifts, this policy is not limited during the November-December holiday season). Please retain all original packaging materials and do not discard them unless otherwise notified. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims for damaged merchandise if the original packaging materials have been discarded. Do not ship the item back to us. If necessary, we will arrange for the carrier to pick up the item.

Please note: Items returned past the standard 30-day return period may be eligible for store credit as long as the item is in new and undamaged condition, complete with manufacturer packaging and still available on the website.
