Refund policy

At cuuuup, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, you may need to cancel your order, or you may receive a defective product. We are committed to making things right. Our refund, return, cancellation and exchange policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and give you peace of mind when shopping with us.

Our refund policy lasts for 60 days and is effective from the moment you receive your item. If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return,
the item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging as when you received it. This applies not only to the product itself, but also to any packaging and materials that came with the product. Proof of purchase must be shown for a return to be considered.

Items returned to us without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or shipped more than 15 days after an RMA was issued will automatically be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us at: cuuuupshop@gmail.com to obtain an RMA number, which must be included with the returned item. If applicable, please be prepared to provide supporting images to support the purpose of your return when contacting us for an RMA.

Shipping charges charged on orders are non-refundable. The buyer will be responsible for shipping of the returned merchandise and ensuring that the merchandise is properly packaged and properly insured during shipping. Returns of merchandise that is damaged due to mishandling by the carrier are not eligible for a refund and the buyer will be responsible for filing a claim with their carrier for reimbursement.

In some cases, only a partial refund will be allowed and if approved by a company representative, a 20% restocking fee may be incurred: (if applicable)*

Any merchandise that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts due to no fault of ours. Any merchandise returned more than 30 days after delivery – Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once your return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.
EU 14 Day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within 10 business days via your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
